This Privacy Policy explains how Panon Valley LLC (“Panon Valley,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our websites and software products, including Frobly. By using our websites or products, you agree to the practices described here.

Depending on how you use our websites and products, we may collect:

  • Billing and payment metadata, such as plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and partial card details provided by our payment processor.

  • Content you submit through our products, including records, files, and other information you choose to provide so we can deliver the features you request.
  • Technical data, such as IP address, device/browser information, logs, timestamps, and security events.

2. Payment processing

Panon Valley uses third-party payment processors such as Stripe to process web payments. When you make a payment, your payment details are handled by the payment processor under its own terms and privacy practices. Panon Valley does not store full card numbers.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • provide and operate our products;
  • process payments;
  • manage subscriptions;
  • provide customer support;
  • secure our services;
  • detect and prevent abuse and fraud;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations; and
  • maintain and improve our products.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal data. We share information only as needed, including with:

  • payment processors, to process and manage payments;
  • hosting and infrastructure providers that run our services;
  • support, security, legal, and accounting providers, as needed to operate our business;
  • authorities and regulators, where required to comply with applicable law or legal process; and
  • a successor entity in connection with a business transfer, such as if a company or product is sold, merged, or reorganized.

5. Data retention

We retain account, product, and billing records while an account is active or as needed for product, support, legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. Uploaded files and audit-related records are handled according to product behavior and according to deletion or account requests where applicable.

6. Your choices and requests

You can contact us at privacy@panonvalley.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to make other privacy requests. Please note that our ability to fulfill some requests may be limited by legal, accounting, or security obligations.

7. International users

Panon Valley operates from the United States and works with service providers in various locations. Your information may be processed in countries where Panon Valley and its service providers operate, which may have different data protection rules than your own country.

8. Your rights where applicable

Depending on where you live, and where applicable law provides for them, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, and restriction of or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, or under the equivalent minimum age where applicable, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact privacy@panonvalley.com.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our websites and products after an update means you accept the updated policy.
